Personal Training
Personal training is a dynamic partnership focused on achieving your fitness goals. It begins with an initial assessment, where we talk about your goals and challenges. From there, we make a customized plan, incorporating targeted exercises, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle adjustments (and fun). Regular one-on-one sessions help you learn proper form, motivation, and progress tracking. Sessions last 50 minutes.
Conversation and assessment: An initial chat about your goals, schedule and needs. No pressure here, just a chance to understand what's important to you.
Getting Started: The schedule we set is up to you and Jared's availability. Most clients train two to three times a week, yet some prefer to learn and get a workout plan and update it as needed. Training take place at Flex Fitness and either a membership or daily pass will be part of your training package.
Weight Loss and Meal Planning: Learn to eat well for a lifetime with meal planning that gets you to your ideal weight. Scientifically-based nutrition consulting, weight management counseling, and weekly meal plans are included.
Intro to Fitness or Injury Recovery: We start with the basics and take it slow.
Sports/Competitor Fitness: If you on school sports team, golfer or competitive runner we'll work towards optimizing your training to keep you successful and injury free.
Male/Female Bodybuilding, Fitness Model, Physique, or Bikini Competitor Training: If you have the desire to compete, we will take your training to the next level and help you prepare for competition with training, nutrition, and diet consultation. Get tips from previous competitors.
