RESULTS!

My time with Jared has been transformative! I have been training with him since June 2022. When I first started, I was 185lbs with super scrawny arms and a belly that stuck out quite a bit. I could barely do a push up without it hurting my wrists. I also couldn't even do one pull-up.
 
It is now October 2023, and I am 148lbs, most of my belly is gone (I can just start to see the top of my abs), and I'm doing trick push-ups and intense/advanced calisthenics, which are my favorite!
 
Jared is a positive encourager who empowers his clients and celebrates our progress (no matter how small they may feel to us) EVERY step of the way.
 
He has extensive knowledge of the muscles and bones from his past history when he was originally planning to go into the medical field. He also knows how to do restorative stretches from back when he was training to be a physical therapist.
 
It doesn't matter if your goal is to lose weight, become a body builder, become stronger, do weird tricks on a pull-up bar (my favorite), or if you're just trying to stay in shape. Jared has gone through ALL of these different specialties and will help you grow in whatever area you desire.
 
I'm excited about where I am and I can't wait to see how my body and confidence continue to grow this second year!

Fun Environment

I’ve been working out with Jared and a group of friends for several months.

Jared is very knowledgeable about the body and how it works, as well as how physical fitness keeps it working. He’s very positive.  The environment that he creates actually makes me like going to the gym  I certainly love watching my body get stronger every week.  

I can’t thank him enough for the investment of time and education that he provides.

Next-Level

If you’re solid on your workout routines and need help with your diet...Jared!

He gives you constant direction and holds you accountable in order to get you to your goals, as well as constant support & advice. I think the reason it works so well for me is because he gave me extremely personalized diet plans & is always available for questions or product recommendations.

He also explains from a scientific perspective what is happening with your body, which personally motivates me to keep going & helps me understand where I'm at in my weight loss journey. 

Not to mention, he's debunked so many myths/things I thought were true that I've heard from "fitness experts" on YouTube & Instagram.

I truly see the difference between going to a professional for help now vs. following the advice of fit girls off of the internet without any credentials
